Sankalpa Rural Development Society is a non-profit organisation established in the year 1993. We operate in the district of Raichur, Karnataka. Our objective is to provide free education for children bringing equality among others, to create awareness about health, provide vocational training for women and youth. Our area of focus also includes abolishing child labour, encouraging cultural activities, community awareness, sustainable agriculture, SHG, women & child care.

We act to bring change in our society through various means like free education for children, women and child care, sustainable agriculture, health, SHGs and community awareness.
The Women and Child Care Program focuses on improving the well-being of women and children in marginalized communities. It aims to provide essential health care, education, protection, and empowerment opportunities. The program may include initiatives such as:
1. Health and Nutrition: Offering maternal and child health services, nutrition education, immunization programs, and access to healthcare for women and children.
2. Education and Skill Development: Providing educational support, vocational training, and life skills programs to empower women and ensure children’s right to education.
3. Protection and Safety: Addressing issues such as child abuse, trafficking, and gender-based violence, while promoting child rights and women’s safety.
4. Awareness Campaigns: Raising awareness about women’s health, children’s rights, and the importance of early education.
5. Economic Empowerment: Providing economic opportunities through skill-building workshops and financial independence programs for women.
We as an NGO operate with the aim of empowering rural India by incorporating innovative practices and the use of modern technology. Our sustainable agriculture model main beneficiaries are poor, landless agricultural Indian farmers, small and marginal farmers, traditional artisans, poor women.
It is the small change that makes the biggest impact.
